Motorola's CES 2011 Best Gadget Xoom

LAS VEGAS - Motorola Mobility Tablet Xoom output was ordained as the best gadget at the show Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2011, as reported by AFP on Sunday (01/09/2011).

The award was obtained after successful amaze visitors Xoom CES 2011, held in Las Vegas this weekend. Xoom, which uses Honeycomb operating system that, judged as a strong candidate competitors iPad (Apple), who still rule the tablet market.

Not only Xoom, Motorola also reap acclaim thanks to a new touchscreen smartphone, Atrix. Based Android, Atrix claimed to have performance as a laptop equipped with two superfast Tegra processors.

"We took a big risk and it paid off. Initially, we did not know whether the public would understand (advantage) of the product, but proved they understand it," said Chief Software Engineer Motorola Mobility Seang Chau.

Chief Executive Sanjay Jha believes Mobility, Xoom will be a strong competitor in the market tablet Honeycomb thanks to Google's software, which dikreasikan specifically for tablet computers.

"(Xoom) is the next-generation tablet. Our cooperation with Google is very intense and successfully released a number of great technology," Jha thoroughly. Xoom will be sold officially own new, next April.

Meanwhile, the Nintendo Wii console won the award for best product in the category of games. Sony video camera output, with built-in projector occupies the first position for the digital imaging category. Meanwhile, a digital camera from Casio Tryx considered to have the best designs in the exhibitionof such technology .
